Urology in Bakersfield, CA - UCLA Affiliate, MGMA 75th & 50K Sign-On

Kern Medical, a renowned non-profit health center with UCLA affiliation, is in search of urologists to join its longstanding, 5-physician Urology Department in Bakersfield, California.

Clinical & Teaching Responsibilities

• Full-scope, outpatient urology including trauma and robotics
• Provide a minimum of two (2) half-day outpatient clinics per week
• Scheduled clinics at designated practice sites
• 1:5 dual hospital call coverage at KMC and Adventist Health
• Established referral base assures full patient panel
• Be part of didactic curriculum and teaching conferences
• Assist in resident research and scholarly activity 

Compensation & Benefits

• $600K-new grads; $750K experienced (25% share of collections in excess of base salary)
• $50,000 signing bonus
