• The Support Staff includes one urologist and one family nurse practitioner
• EMR System - Meditech in the hospital/Cerner in the clinics

The Financial Package

• Base salary guarantee for two years + RVU generated bonus + quality incentive bonus.
• Negotiable sign-on bonus
