Opportunity Details

• BC/BE Urology MD/DO
• Open to 2022's
• Open to H1b's & J-1's
• Need is due to Growth/Busy/Demand
• 2 URO's in their 50's are crazy busy
• Hospital employed
• Open to general URO or robotics trained
• Robotics: yes, they have da Vinci Si & getting Xi Q2 of 2021
• Robotics not required
• Schedule: Full Time clinic + surgical/procedures
• EMR: Paragon (an AllScripts product) in hospital & all practices (hospital owned or private practice)
• CALL 1:3 (~10 days/month)

Compensation/Benefits

• Model: Income Guarantee (2 yrs) + Production bonus
• Income Guarantee: $400,000
• Signing Bonus: $35,000-$40,000
• PTO: 20 days/yr
• CME: 5 days + $4,000
• Paid Malpractice Insurance
• Relocation: $5,000 (if moving self), $10,000 (to move family)
• Health, Dental, Vision insurance
• Retirement: 401k
