Due to overwhelming growth and demand, a leading-edge Western North Carolina hospital (75 miles from Charlotte) plans to expand its established surgery department to accommodate general surgeons with trauma experience.

Opportunity

• Currently 3 general surgeons on staff
• Trauma director opportunity
• Recent Level 3 trauma-designated hospital with 315 beds
• $118M New 6-story patient tower planned to open in October 2024
• Brand new expanded ED opening
• 1 week on; 2 weeks off call rotation out of only 1 hospital

Compensation

• $350K base salary
• $50K signing bonus
