Medical Director of Inpatient Psychiatry in SW Connecticut - Signing Bonus

A dedicated Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Team located in southwest Connecticut is in search of a board-certified/eligible Psychiatrist with 2-3 years of experience.

About the Position

• Employed Inpatient Psychiatry/Medical Director/Teaching Opportunity
• The well-established group with 2 APP's
• Provide supervision for second-year psychiatry residents
• Teach medical students
• Occasional weekend coverage is shared with a nurse practitioner and paid at an additional per diem rate
• Highly collegial and supportive working environment
• 22-bed inpatient unit

Requirements

• MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA, and State Controlled Substance Registration
