A medical center in Statesville, NC is adding a full-time BC/BE Psychiatrist to join the only inpatient Behavioral Health program in the county.

Position Specifics

• 42 Psychiatric beds: 16-bed Adult Unit, 12-bed Geriatric Unit, & 14-bed Acute Adult/Geriatric overflow
• Joining 1 FT Psychiatrist and 2 FT Nurse Practitioners
• Inpatient-only setting with ER consults and shared call of 1:4
• Full support staff: BH Medical Director, Director, Nurse Manager, Intake Coordination, Utilization Review, Nursing, Social Work, Recreation Therapy
