Child/Adolescent Psychiatry - Non-Profit System 90min from Philadelphia

A not-for-profit health system in Lancaster, PA is adding a fellowship-trained BC/BE child and adolescent psychiatrist to their behavioral health team. You will be joining a team of 9 compassionate providers in an outpatient practice setting.

Child/Adolescent Position

• Full-time and hospital-employed outpatient practice 
• Working on increasing access to E-consults for the areas growing child/adolescent population 
• Call rotation is phone only and 1:5
• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• See patients from 3 years old and up 
• Base salary with possible relocation assistance 
• $25k sign-on bonus, $20k QIP, and $10k retention bonus
