The Opportunity 

• Practice in an academic inpatient/outpatient setting
• Joining two other psychiatrists in a developing Psychiatry Residency Program 
• The program anticipates accreditation in February 2022 with the first residency class slated for July
• Teach residents within a diverse and underserved rural community

• Base salary plus profits bonus - physicians receive 100% of their practice’s profits at the end of the year
