Valley Medical Group is a not-for-profit system in Northern New Jersey and is recruiting a Program Director of Pediatrics to lead their established group and coordinate resident education. Currently interviewing candidates with a background in education and/or leadership.  

Practice Information

• Protected Admin and Educational time, respectively 
• Evolve and grow department 
• Implement ACGME guidelines
• Work alongside Pediatric Subspecialists
• No inpatient responsibilities or call coverage

Compensation and Benefits

• 2-year guaranteed salary
• Sign-on
