Urology Physician Assistant-30 Miles Southeast of Chicago

A non-profit healthcare system located in Indiana is currently interviewing experienced Urology Physician Assistants to join their team at their Lake County, Indiana location. This is just 30 miles Southeast of Chicago, Illinois.

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm
• 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative work
• Primary responsibilities include hospital rounding, assisting in surgery, and clinic
• Potential for shared weeknight call after training
• Average clinic volume: 8-12 patients per day
• Onsite Equipment: 2 fully equipped procedure rooms, Cystoscope, Transrectal Ultrasound

Requirements:

• Urology experience as a Physician Assistant is required
• Ambulatory clinic and surgical experience preferred
• NCCPA Certified
