NW New Mexico Physician Assistant/NeuroSurgery - 10K Signing Bonus

A multidisciplinary group consisting of neurosurgery and physiatry is recruiting a full-time Physician Assistant. Join a strong group of three Neurosurgeons and one Advanced Practice Provider. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm. An average clinic visit volume is 40 patients a month. The applicant will first assist in the operating room, see outpatient/clinic patients, and see inpatient/hospital patients: consults/H&P/discharge. Located adjacent to the hospital on the main campus. Dedicated to quality care and excellent patient satisfaction; committed to providing personalized and compassionate service.  

Requirements

• Physician Assistant 
• Preferable to have at least one year of OR experience with wound closures and assessing neurosurgery/spine patients 
• Open to new graduates if motivated to work in the OR and learn more about taking care of Neurosurgical patients

Financial Package

• Compensation based on MGMA data and experience: Production and Quality Bonus potential
• Sign-0n Bonus of $10,000
