The personalized, patient-centered model of medicine was opened in June 2021 and due to the high demand for services, they are expanding already. Job Details

• Work-life balance with dependable hours-Monday-Thursday 8 AM-5 PM and Friday 8 AM-12 Noon. Shared Call
• Practice autonomously with two concierge physicians
• Treat adult/geriatric patients with a holistic approach

Requirements

• Must have 3 years of Physician Assistant experience in a primary care setting
