Practice Details

• Leading salary and benefits package
• Monday through Friday - 8 am- 5 pm
• Outpatient only
• Must be comfortable, passionate, and engaged with working with our homeless population
• EHR is EPIC
• See patients of all ages
• Must have 1+ years of experience working as a primary care provider
