• Join an established team of 6 pediatricians and a nurse practitioner
• 4-day work week
• Call is 1:6, Nurse-triage takes call from 9 pm to 7 am.
• Pediatricians rarely ever get called into the hospital
• All physicians equally rotate Saturday mornings, 9 am - 12:00, every 6th week
• The hospital has Ped Hospitalists coverage 24/7 and Pediatric ER with 8 private rooms
