Pediatrician for Northern Arkansas - Resident stipend during training & Visas ok

A non-profit, high performing hospital in Harrison, Arkansas is adding a full-time BC/BE pediatrician to their team in the beautiful Ozark Mountains region.

Position Specifics

• Community has a demonstrated pediatrics need
• Outpatient with newborn rounding and delivery attendance (if requested)
• Call coverage will be 1:7 goal to get to 1:10
• Hospital refers high-risk pregnancies out

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $200,000+
• Sign-on, commencement, retention, and quality bonuses
