Director of Outpatient Pediatrics, Bergen County, NJ - Readymade Program

Valley Medical Group’s outpatient Pediatric department seeks a Director of Pediatrics to guide and grow the service line. Report to and work alongside the Chair of Pediatrics on immediate, medium, and long-term goals including opening two ready-made locations and overseeing residency program (Mt. Sinai affiliated). 

• Report to Chair of Pediatrics
• Existing tools and resources for support of strategy 
• Protected admin and education time
• Develop private insurance programs
• Leverage Pediatric services to maintain department profitability 
• Coordinate and implement ACGME requirements
