100% Outpatient Pediatric Practice North of Boston - Partnership

An independent physician owned primary care pediatric private practice providing quality patient care to families for over 40 years, is growing! They seek to hire two pediatricians to join the team. The practice currently includes Pediatricians, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and Integrated Behavior Health therapists who work together to care for a growing patient volume.

About the practice: 

• Currently 5 MDs, 3 PNPs, and 2 mental health therapists 
• The call schedule is 1:5
• Full-time = 4 clinic days
• The MD on call for the weekend receives an extra day off the following week
• No newborn rounding and no hospital duties
• The practice works as a team and is not productivity or RVU based
