Orthopedic Surgeon - Live and Work 20 Minutes from Twin Cities

Live and work only 20 minutes from the Twin Cities. A beautiful brand-new Orthopedic facility in neighboring Wisconsin is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon. The reason for adding an additional physician is to replace 2 orthopedic surgeons that are leaving in the next 90 days.

About the Position

• 36 providers on staff
• 9 primary care providers serve as an excellent referral base
• 25-bed critical access hospital
• 3 OR’s
• Must be USA board eligible/certified in orthopedic surgery
• Open to J-1 and H1-B visa applicants
• Expect to do 10-20 cases per month-hips, knees, and scopes
• Call is 1 weekend per month

Compensation/Benefits Package

• Base salary in the MGMA 50th%ile ($580K range)
• RVU incentive
