• This practice has 3 locations and a staff of 19 MDs, 20 APPs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Medicine, and Athletic Trainers
• We have our own surgical center
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends
• Call is 1:8

• Base salary plus productivity incentives
