A rural community hospital in Maine has a need for an OBGYN Physician. In addition to offering exceptional primary care services such as Family Practice, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics/Gynecological services, our system has specialty care services such as Urology, Otolaryngology, General Surgery including minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, Orthopedics, and Pain Medicine

Practice Details

• 2 other OBGYN Physicians and one midwife
• 25-bed non-profit critical access hospital with state-of-the-art technology
• Annual deliveries average 150-180
• Four-day work week

Financial Package

• Call is 10 days per month
• $50k sign-on bonus paid over two years
• $20k in student loan
• $1000 per day for call over 10 per month
• 403b retirement, employer-paid life insurance, health, dental, and vision care
• High base salary plus wRVU incentives

Community/Location

• Located on the northern seacoast of Maine. 90 minutes from Bangor and 3 hours to Portland
• Reasonable cost of living, low crime rate, and strong school systems
• A small community of 2000 people with its own public airport
