Opportunity Details

• Full-time position
• Annual base salary of $120,000, Quality performance incentives of up to $20,000 starting in year 2
• $7,500 signing bonus, up to $10,000 relocation assistance, $3,000 annual CME allowance, 30 clinic days (240) hours of time off per year, excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
