Nurse Practitioner in Adult Medicine - 30 Minutes North of Boston

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient clinic for a 32-hour work week at a community hospital to join 3 established physicians.

About the position: 

• Part-time opportunity
• 100% outpatient
• 3 MD's
• 24 hours of clinical time
• 8 hours of administrative time

Who we are seeking: 

• Will accept new graduates or experienced candidates
• Can be certified to see 100% Adult Medicine or Family Medicine
• Must be MA licensed
• Must be Board Certified
• Spanish speaking required
• Experience preferred but not a requirement

About the compensation: 

• Salary: base $88,000 for new graduates
• Bonus- up to 10% in quality & up to 10% in wRVU productivity
• Total comp potential is 105k
