Practice

• Salary based on experience
• Full benefits package
• Work in Nursing homes assisted living as well as other sub-acute care facilities
• Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
• Call Ratio-Every 6th weekend and weekday-additional stipend for call time
• Provider experience required
