They are seeking an experienced Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider for a well-established private practice with more than 20 years of providing the highest quality medical care.

About the position:

• Manage the care of patients with kidney failure who require life-sustaining renal replacement therapy
• Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
• Provide continuing care for patients who have received a kidney transplant through follow-up visits
• Health maintenance counseling
• Treat patients with electrolyte imbalances such as abnormal sodium, potassium, and magnesium levels
• Treat patients with recurrent kidney stones by providing a diagnosis, diet adjustments, and a treatment plan to help prevent the recurrence of various stones.
