A Federally Qualified Health Center with multiple locations throughout Southeast New York has an opening for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work at their small primary care practice in Manhattan.

• Spanish Speaking a plus
• Must have 2+ years of experience as a primary care provider, DEA Waiver preferred and willing to train for MAT
