A leading healthcare organization with the largest network of post-acute care clinicians has an opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team in Seattle, Washington. They are interviewing both experienced providers and new graduates.

Job Details:

• Patient rounding in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Deliver adult and geriatric primary care
• Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm with flexible scheduling-You set your hours!
• No night call
• Day call at the assigned facility(ies), 1-weekend day call; all telephone calls
