Inpatient Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) NW of Indianapolis, Indiana

An established healthcare organization has an exciting new position for a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner to work in their newest behavioral health practice. This hospital is located 63 miles Northwest of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Details:

• Inpatient Psychiatry
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Weekend and overnight call is optional, additional pay if provider chooses to do this
• 14-16 Patients per day average
• 48 Bed facility-ADC 42
• Daily inpatient staffing: 2 Psychiatrists-one of whom is the facility medical director, and a Nurse Practitioner
• Inpatient-General adult psych population-mix of psychoses, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, any with comorbid substance use

Requirements:

• Must have Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification
