A large hospital system located in Northeast New York has an opening for a Family Nurse Practitioner in their Family Medicine practice 30 miles from Potsdam and Canton, NY.

Practice Details

• Robust salary and benefits package includes:
• Student loan repayment of $4800 a year
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $7,500 relocation
• $3,000 CME and License allowance, 200 hours PTO, 7 holidays

Job Details

• Full-time position 
• Option to work 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts
• No Call
• See patients of all ages

Requirements

• Must have experience practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and feel comfortable working independently
