A long-standing, physician-led healthcare organization with locations throughout Arizona has an opening for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to work at a new clinic that will be opening in Prescott, Arizona. Prescott is located 100 miles North of Phoenix.

Job Details

• Provide patient services to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Perform patient assessments, diagnoses & treatment plans,
• Order and interpret patient care tests, treatments, and exams
• Must have one year of experience as a primary care provider.
