Practice

• Salary $110-$130K DOE+ Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with 6% match, life insurance, PTO
• $15,000 Sign on and up to $15,000 relocation
• Outpatient position
• See 18+ patients a day from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Must have provider experience seeing patients of all ages
