Expanding Palliative Care Team Seeks Nurse Practitioner - North Carolina

An award-winning healthcare organization located in Central North Carolina is seeking experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioners. They have both an inpatient and an outpatient position available. Outpatient Palliative Care NP will treat patients across multiple settings including long-term care facilities and patient homes within the service area of Moore, Lee, and Hoke Counties.

Practice

• 11-Bed Hospice House located on a serene 30-acre campus
• Collaborate with seasoned providers and professionals
• The dependable schedule offers work-life balance-Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
• At least 2 years of experience in Hospice and Palliative Care, end of life care, or geriatrics required
• Local travel required between facilities
