Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a multi-specialty group to recruit a Nephrologist for their well-established practice in Santa Cruz, California.

Practice Highlights

• 100% Nephrology practice consisting of experienced Nephrologist and Medical Assistant
• 1:4 call
• See 8-10 patients/half day in clinic + dialysis rounding
• Inpatient rounding rotates weekly with 12 -20 patients/day
• Shareholder track (year 3)
• Lots of autonomy and support

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary guarantee period at medium MGMA+ productivity bonus
