Beautiful Northwest Vermont with Midwife Position - Student Loan Assistance

A hospital in Northwest Vermont with a growing OB department is looking to add 4 full-time Nurse Midwives to join their OBGYN team. They are looking for exceptional, experienced Labor and Delivery nurses and OB/GYN physicians to provide the full range of obstetrical services. 3 clinic days, one of which where you are also on call, and then 1 weekend per month of call. You would always get the day off after the weekday call and the Monday off after the weekend call.

Who we are seeking: 

  • The ideal candidate would have strong clinical skills and an exceptional bedside manner, providing obstetric and gynecologic care to our patients and performing deliveries in our hospital.
  • VT License
  • Must be Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
  • Must be an active member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) or National Association of Professional Midwives
