• Outpatient only
• Work 2 of 3 locations (Woodridge, Lemont, and/or Lombard)
• 4 or 5-day Workweek 
• EMR is E-Clinical Works
• Negotiable Base Salary - Health, Malpractice, and 401k Benefits
