TJ Regional Health has an employed opportunity for a motivated, dynamic provider to absorb a patient panel of long-standing, departing physician for immediate production. Practice in a new office building with 8 physicians, 3 APPs, and 30 exam rooms. 

• Adult, outpatient only
• In-office Lab, Imaging, and Rehab
• 4- or 5-day workweek
• Dedicated: 3-rooms and 2-MAs 
• $60,000 sign-on, CME, PTO, and full benefits
• Earn $275,000-$300,000
