Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Geriatrician to join a vibrant geriatrics practice comprised of physicians and nurse practitioners who provide evidence-based compassionate care across the continuum. 

About the opportunity: 

• The group practices in multiple settings including: 
• Office-based primary care for older adults
• Inpatient and outpatient consultative care
• Co-management on a Geropsychiatric unit
• Home visits through a House Calls program
• An extensive network of assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities
• A center for Memory Evaluation and Support
• Teaching Geriatric Fellows and Internal Medicine residents
• Eligible for a faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School commensurate with experience and qualifications
