Central IL Internal Medicine O/P - 270K+ Base, 300K Loan, 50K Sign-On

One of the largest, most advanced & financially successful hospital systems located in a beautiful riverfront community in Central Illinois, is looking to add two Primary Care physicians to join their longstanding practice. This top-level group serves a 300,000-population region and boasts exceptional physician satisfaction and a high retention rate. 

Practice Information

• No market competition
• Monday - Friday schedule (40 hours/week)
• Clinical services 36-hrs/week (office & procedures) and 4-hrs/week admin time 
• Outpatient only or you can join in the call if you so desire with the Hospitalist team
• Seeing 20-24 or more if you desire
• Need is due to pending retirements and growth
• 330-bed regional facility with all sub-specialties represented
• Open to 2023 and 2024 residents
• Looking to add 8 Primary Care docs to the system due to growth and retirement

Compensation & Benefits

• 270-275K base plus RVU bonus options
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $300,000 in student loan repayment
