Practice Details

• 20 full-time physicians and a clinical performance nurse
• 7 on/7 off- 15 shifts per month
• Open ICU with 24/7 Intensivist support- No procedures required
• 2 physicians on per night
• Nocturnist does 8-10 admits per night and cross coverage
• Earn a base pay of $318k plus Quality and RVU productivity bonuses & full benefits including Path to Partnership
