Chief Hospitalist - Northern Vermont - Leadership Stipend

Hospitalist to join a growing team at a National Recognized state-of-the-art facility in Northern Vermont. We are seeking a transformational leader with proven experience in building successful hospitalist teams. This candidate needs to have exceptional people skills and an ownership mentality. The position offers clinical shifts with dedicated administrative time.

Practice details

• Lead an established team of 3 physicians, 3 advanced practitioners, and a clinical performance nurse
• No-call environment- Hospitalist team runs codes
• Co-managed ICU; TeleICU from Dartmouth- No procedures required
• Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off; 7 am-7 pm
• Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine with 4+ years of hospitalist leadership experience required
• Earn a lucrative base salary plus performance base incentives, a sign-on bonus, and a leadership stipend along with full benefits including Path to Partnership
