About the job

• Workdays only, 7on/7off
• Two physicians on during the day allowing for manageable patient census 
• Open ICU; procedures are preferred (central lines & intubations) but are not required 
• Daytime compensation: annual base salary of $310,000 PLUS bonuses 
• Lucrative benefits package 
• Physician lead organization with partnership track
