7on-7off hospitalist job w/ eastern IL hospital - only 1.5 hrs. to Indianapolis

A hospital in eastern Illinois, only 1.5 hours from Indianapolis, is adding a BC/BE internal medicine or family medicine physician for a full-time, permanent, and employed hospitalist position. You will have subspecialty support that includes a fully functional eICU, neurology, general surgery, cardiology, pulmonary/intensivist, gastroenterology, ob/gyn, hematology/oncology, nephrology, diagnostic radiology, teleradiology, ENT, and orthopedics on staff.

• Daytime Hospitalist shifts
• 7 on/7 off schedule
• No procedures required
• 12 bed ICU unit - all ICU patients have pulmonologist/intensivist consult
• Advanced Practice Provider support
• EPIC EMR system
• NO VISA SUPPORT

This community has a population of 30,000 and is in a county with roughly 80,000 residents. Located in eastern Illinois, near the Indiana border, it is only 1 hour from Lafayette (home to Purdue University) and 1.5 hours from Indianapolis, IN.
