We are seeking compassionate physicians who are motivated to help patients in their time of greatest need. The Oncology Institute of Hope is one of the largest value-based oncology groups in the U.S. and uses the latest advancements in evidence-based care including, clinical trials, stem cells transplants, and boasts an internal research institute. 

Practice Outline 

• Join 2 Oncologists with no local competition 
• New 4.5-day workweek 
• New Medical Suite 
• 90% Outpatient-focused practice 
• Ability to develop sub-interests
• Infusion Center, Palliative Care, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy, & more

Compensation & Benefits Outline

• Earn $800,000+ 
• Up to $150,000 sign-on
• Annual salary increases
• Paid medical insurance 
• 401k with 4% match
• Equity shares
• 35 days PTO
