• Skilled Nursing Facility Geriatrician physician needed to join established geriatric extended care team
• 100% outpatient position - one day per week
• Primary call coverage provided by experienced Nurse Practitioners
• Opportunity to teach Internal Medicine residents 
• Round at quality established skilled nursing facilities in close proximity
• Candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

• Suburban community 15 miles north of Boston
• Seacoast region with restaurants, shopping, and dining
