Primary PartnerCare is an Independent Physician Association with 24-practices across 3 counties in New York City with an opportunity due to demand and growth. We are recruiting a Geriatrician to integrate into an established, outpatient only setting on Long Island. 

• Predominately, 55+ demographic 
• 10%-15% telehealth component 
• Highest Medicare Quality Scores in NY
• In-office ancillaries: EKG, PFT, and Sonogram
• Dedicated MA 
• $220,000 Salary + Production 
• Sign-on, 26-days PTO, CME, and full benefits
