Value-based, primary care group that serves the over 65 markets and focuses on patient accountability is growing and is expanding into the Alabama/Mississippi market. The group will be opening clinics in Mobile, AL, Gulfport, MS, and Montgomery, AL, and will have 5 sites in total. Group will be hiring several staff physicians to join the team and is looking for family medicine, internal medicine, and geriatric providers to fill these roles.

• Reduced patient volumes - have a patient panel of 400 patients - only see 10 to 15 patients per day.

• Normal Monday - Friday schedule with very limited call responsibilities.
