Practice Details

• Full-time position in post-acute care facilities within close proximity
• Offering a wide array of services and clinical care programs to meet your needs and goals in short-term rehabilitation or long-term care
• Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
• No nights or weekends
• System-wide EMR with iPad for each Physician
• Production model compensation

Community/Location

• Located midway between Hartford and New Haven and just 2 hours from New York City
• A population of 60,000 people
• Local attractions include Castle Craig, Hubbard Park, Isaac C. Lewis Mansion
