Opportunity Highlights

• Work directly with 1 family medicine physician and 4 advanced practice providers
• Replace physician that left to take on the academic role.
• Office Hours- Monday - Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM, Friday - 8 AM to 12 Noon
• See 20 to 25 patients per day.
• Spanish-speaking skills a plus
• $225K salary + Quality Bonus + wRVU Bonus+ $15K sign on bonus+ $10K relocation+ 30 days vacation/cme + 6 holidays and solid benefit package
