Seeking a board-certified/eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established and growing primary care practice that is growing due to patient demand. Join an employed Medical Group that includes close to 1,000 physicians and advanced practice providers in Connecticut and New York. 

Practice Details

• The practice consists of one physician and two Nurse Practitioners
• The call is 1:4, home calls only
• 1:1 MA, LPN
• Supportive office staff
• Monday through Friday hours
• 100% outpatient
