Prestigious University is seeking an outstanding candidate to lead and develop a new Family Medicine Residency program in the role of Family Medicine Residency Director in Florence, South Carolina.

Opportunity Details

• Candidate will develop a curriculum, mentor residents, and participate in leadership development activities.
• Candidate will be charged with the development of an 8-8-8 Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Candidate will have the opportunity to build a program from the ground up and assist with the hiring and development of core faculty.
• The position will involve a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities with over 50% of the responsibilities being on the administrative side (Program development, ensuring compliance with system policies and procedures, resident supervision, quality improvement activities, etc)·
• Work out of a beautiful, 396-Bed hospital.
