About the Opportunity

• Our health center provides care in primary care, dental and behavioral health
• Outpatient. Monday through Friday workweek. Half day Saturday once a month for additional compensation
• 3-4 patients per hour
• Call is 3 weeks per year (phone coverage only)
• Full support from RNs and LPNs and 1:1 MAs

Compensation/Benefits

• Base salary. Quarterly productivity bonus. Relocation assistance and loan repayment
• 5 weeks PTO plus 9 paid holidays and 4 days CME
• CME & Professional Development stipends
• Benefits include health, dental, life, disability and malpractice insurance and employer HRA
• Reimbursement for licensing and certification while employed

• Located in eastern Connecticut. 30 miles from Hartford and 1 hour from Providence
